Authors had been used to the hyperbola diagram as the diagrammatic analysis on the characteristics of 3-phase asynchronous motor with solid iron rotor. However, it had been deficient in the application by reason of the complex construction. Recently, in view of this point, we have made “the approximate hyperbola diagram” as the diagrammatic analysis on the characteristics of this motor, which have provided several advantage from the practical point of view. In this paper, we illustrate particularly the constructive method of this diagram. Moreover, we illustrate that it is possible to use this diagram as the diagrammatic analysis on it's characteristics which the motor is running under conditions of the speed control by varying the stator voltage. |
