Developing of human resources such as Bousaisi who can play an active role in the community for taking disaster prevention measures is one of the important missions of the Disaster Management Education and Research Center， Hiroshima Institute of Technology. Our center founded the Bousaisi training course, certi_cated by Japan Bousaisi Organization since February 2021, and held the training course by three times within a couple of years. In this paper, we report how to develop, to manage the course, and to participate local citizens against COVID-19 pandemic in recent years. We also introduce and discuss how to support the certificated students’ activity collaborating with the local citizens and with the local government. |
