To be sure, these are important factors, but the fact that the system has high functional capabilities doesn’t necessarily guarantee that the system is truly user-friendly.\nIn the case of Hiroshima city, the midtown area is smaller than those of big cities such as Tokyo and Osaka, and so it is likely that passengers need to spend a higher ration of time for “vertical” movement.
