The authors have been studying on the technique for obtaining the concentration distribution image of blood hemoglobin (Hb) from a near-infrared spectral image [1][2]. The relative concentration distribution image of Hb has been obtained, however absolute concentration has not been measured. In this paper, we report theoretical and experimental results for estimating the absolute concentration of Hb. |
