Virtualized servers are attracting considerable attention in the field of information technology because of the reduction of business costs and number of servers associated with their implementation. However, the types of business applications suitable for virtualization are still unclear. In addition, information systems issues should be considered to be essential for task performance and achieving good business results, besides operating cost efficiency. This paper explores the advantages and disadvantages of the application of server virtualization and service delivery management for the collaborative learning environment. It also describes the use of the web console in the virtual server system in the collaborative learning environment and the management of the information exchange in group learning, conducting to collective knowledge rationalized the capture and delivery of acquired knowledge according to the context of the collaborative learning. |
