| 内容記述 | The transient and residual warp deformation of viscoelastic two-layer-laminated body caused by thermal load was examined by the experiment,the finite element analysis and the thermo-viscoelastic analysis. The finite element analysis was analyzed in consideration of temperature dependency, and the thermo-viscoelastic analysis was analyzed based on the linear viscoelasticity theory referring to time and temperature dependency. As a result, it was clarified that the residual warp deformation is influenced by the ratio of the thickness of epoxy resin and steel material, and that the time and temperature dependency shuld be considered in the analysis when the compotision material contains the polymeric one,and that the warp deformation behavior could be predicted with precision in practical use by thermo-viscoelastic analysis. |
