Therefore there are a few flat parts in Hiroshima city. The central part of Hiroshima city is overcrowded. The mountains are been developed,and new residential areas increase. Over 300000 commuters go to center from these arrears every day. This holds true of Kobe area in the north of Hiroshima-shi. There are many new houses,and a lot of trucks usually pass along the national road R54. For this reasons,Kobe area is chronic is congested. Also it is inconvenient for,and a level of bus service is low.
