we propose a current mode second order HPF which has the features of 2-FET composition between power supply voltages，the power-supply voltage of 1.5V，and adjustable ranges of Q and ω0 of ten times. Although continuous adjustment is possible，highly accurate voltage setting is necessary for this circuit because adjusting the bias voltage changes the values of Q and ω0. Therefore，this paper describes a new method of gradually controlling the current by using the switching，and that changeability becomes easy，and accuracy improved. |
