Recently, the complex building and the apartment complex tend to be constructed. But it can't say firmly established the planning of apartment complex. This study aims to obtain the subjects of apartment complex, and the conditions of planning of apartment complex. It is not easy to acquire what apartment complex is good, because of the difference of thought on the complex. For this reason, it has to keep the common thought of complex, and to analyze the complex form of complex building and apartment complex. To start with, it has to analyze the contents represented how complex, and to analyze the apartment complex form on the basis of the contents.
