Recent years, Community planning by local residents is becoming popular in Japanese local Government. And it is same case in Hiroshima City. In 1984 this city framed support system in the outline of community planning in Hiroshima City. Official conferences are supported by the city. This paper is the basic study of community planning by local conference in this city and shows the evaluation about community planning's achievements to sort out better one from others. Valuation basis are “how much progress to reach main project”，" the state of community planning“, “wheter the activity is continuation or not”,“improvement the community awareness“ and et cetera. |
