The pulsatile flow of a viscous fluid through a two-dimensional channel (to be called two-dimensional Womersley's flow) is solved analytically. However, analytically solution of this flow has already been reported by M. Kawaguti et al. The pulsatile flow is characterized by the four non-dimensional flow parameters, the Reynolds number Re, the amplitude of oscillating flow rate dQ, the period of oscillation T (or frequency of oscillation f= 1/T) and the Womersley number α as a function of Re and f.
