| 内容記述 | Following my study of building activities recently in Hiroshima, I arranged the characteristic location trends of building use and the use of building and the size of building by each zone types., These are the results of my study. ? Most of the building in the exclusively residential zone are houses. In the residential zone, there are many apartment fouses, factories and community facilities. ? In the neighbourhood commercial zone and the seim-industrial zone, there are many kinds of buildings, and in the commercial zone, there are mainly commercial and office buildings. ? The larger controled value of floor-area ratio an area has, houses become less and commercial and office buildings increate. | |||||||||||
