The approximation method described in this paper is the way that provides the fundamental function into both the numerator and the denominator of magnitude-squared transfer function and expands the fundamental function in Fourier-series，in order to realize a small ripple at the pass band. Moreover，the fundamental function which has a fairly rapid convergence of Fourierseries expansion is also represented.
