The previous letter had described on the characteristics of the Langmuir-probe, doubleprobe and coaxial-probe on the stable glow plasma which was confined by weak Z-magnetic field. And as the result of the characteristic curves, the plasma electron temperature had been obtained nearly 105(○K). This letter describes on the characteristics of coaxial-probe and the measurement of the glow plasma. In this time, anode voltage is made twice for the measurement. In consequence, plasma electron temperature and density is 2×104～4 x104(○K) and 6x 1010～9 X 1010 (electron/cm3) respectively. |
