| 内容記述 | In data processing of the student achievement, we need a technique of automatical recognizing hand-written numerals for save trouble of punch work. This paper discribes the theory of hand-written numeral recognition by put no restrictions on writing without fix writing frames. There are two methods which recognize hand-written framed numeral. One is “Partial characteristic sampling method“ and the other is “Line pattarns matching method”. The method which discribes in this paper is one of the latter. In which we attached to the importance of thining, chain-cord and normalizing. | |||||||||||
