| 内容記述 | This paper presents an analytical study on a steel braced frame incorporating a deformation amplification mechanism. The results indicate that the story drift angle can be adjusted up to about 3.5 times that of a conventional braced frame under the same conditions. The additional internal forces caused by rigid connections were negligible, suggesting that the effect of joint conditions was limited. Hence, the proposed mechanism is effective in adjusting story stiffness and controlling collapse mechanisms. | |||||||
