| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to compare the pond gardens in the Nanzenji area where Ueji (Ogawa Jihei VII) is said to have been involved in the creation of gardens, and to clarify the trends in the composition of each garden and what kind of scenery is being created in the Nanzenji area. It was confirmed that Ueji's works in the Nanzenji area during his establishment period were mostly located south of Nanzenji and were mainly composed of borrowed scenery from the mountains south of Nanzenji, while in the maturation period, on the contrary, they were mainly composed of the mountains north of Nanzenji. In most of the gardens in the Nanzenji area that Ueji created, he formed scenery with continuity because he used the Higashiyama Mountains as a borrowed scenery, and it can be seen that the overlapping of the gardens created scenery with depth in various directions. |
