Students have to understand stress problems which occurred in the soil foundation，and how the safety of the structure is depending on the appropriate receiving and distribution of the stress from the upper structure. However，m any students lack the motivation to filly understand the complicated phenomena of soil mechanics. Therefore，w e developed and introduced as oil laboratory model，which is able to produce similar phenomena of soil mechanics.
