<dc:description>There are lots of and various types of ‘kagura’ in Hiroshima prefecture. The author，through observations of kagura in Hiroshima prefecture，divides it into 5 types:‘Geihoku-kagura’，‘Aki-Junijingi’，‘Kagura in Geiyo-islands’，‘Hiba-kojin-kagura’，and ‘Bingo-kagura’，and he explains each of 5 types of kagura in Hiroshima prefecture briefly. The author，through close observations of ecstatic movements of kagura，shows kagura is closely related to‘driving-out the evil spirits’. He concludes that kagura in Hiroshima prefecture relates not to dealing with ‘the soothing of gods’ but to dealing with ‘the dead souls’.</dc:description>
