<dc:description>With thin-film and thick-film technology it is possible to reduce the size of resistors and capacitors by an acceptable factor. However，it is virtually impossible to realize practical inductors in such treatment. As a result，the inductor requires a ferrite core and winding，and it is still a very large and heavy component. For all these reasons，and other，it have been study the gyrator and rotator which is realized with thin-film resistors，capacitors and transistors. Specially，inductor and the transformer realizations method using the only gyrator and the network synthesis associated with gyrator and passive circuit have been developed. From this point of view，this paper describes the properties of the gyrator.</dc:description>
