          <dc:description>The possibility of stimulated emission from an organic crystal has been discussed by many investigators. But stimulated emission from an organic crystal has been not reported in present. The organic laser systems are permitted the lasing wavelength to be tuned to any chosen value within a reasonably broad range. Furthermore, the organic laser combines many of the advantage of solid-state and gas lasers. The characteristics of tetracene-doped anthracene single crystal laser may be similarly as well. Therefore, organic laser systems are expected to be applied to many investigations. In particuraly, tetracene-doped anthracene single crystal laser will be available to study on molecular spectroscopy. In the paper, the first obtaining stimulated emission from tetracene-doped anthracene single crystal is reported.</dc:description>
