We have tried to develop Web-based systems which support educations for these several years. These systems are classified into two categories: one is“the lecture supporting systems" and the other is“the learning and examination systems". In a series of papers，w e are going to report these systems. The present paper gives an outline of the former，which consists of three parts: ① VLSI design education system， ② the system of telemetering experiments，and ③ the system of virtual experiments in physics.
