          <datacite:description descriptionType="Abstract">Rotating sound field excited by flexural vibration disk is used for some high-power ultrasonic
applications. To produce the traveling wave in the disk as the sound source, two standing waves
excited both spatially and temporally orthogonal to each other should be superimposed in the disk.
This paper presents a design of the system driven with torsional-flexural composite Langevin
transducers and an advantage of the system with four transducers for traveling wave excitation.</datacite:description>
